一、伊拉克COC认证：

为了保护消费者权益并且监控进口产品的质量，伊拉克COSQC自2011年起实施了装运前符合性认证计划，该计划要求所有受管控的进口产品需要遵守伊拉克国家标准和技术法规，并在清关时提供符合性认证证书（CoC），否则将被收取相应罚金。

In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers and monitor the quality of imported products, the COSQC in Iraq has implemented a pre-shipment compliance certification program since 2011. The program requires all controlled imported products to comply with Iraqi national standards and technical regulations, and to provide a compliance certificate (CoC) during customs clearance, otherwise they will be charged a corresponding penalty.

二、管制产品类别如下：

√ 卫浴产品/Bathroom Products；

√ 燃气设备/ Gas appliance；

√ 化学品/ Chemicals；

√ 化妆品、清洁剂/Cosmetics, detergents；

√ 建筑产品/Construction Products；

√其他/Other Products。

三、申请伊拉克COC，需要提供以下文件：

√ 箱单/Packing List；

√ 发票/Invoice；

√ 测试报告/ Test Report；

√ 自我申明/ Self declaration。
